About the use the services provided by the company PULS Events j.d.o.o. Jadreški 31, Ližnjan, from here on referred to as the ORGANIZER.

​In relation to the above mentioned I am:

1. Fully acquainted with the activity
2. Healthy, medically insured and feel up to taking part in the activity
3. Fully aware of the fact that there are unforseable circumstances that might affect my health negatively (sickness/injury) or equipment (damage/destruction)
4. Agreeing that in the case of an event stated under number two of this statement, I will not pursue a civil or a criminal lawsuit against the organizer
5. Agreeing the in the case of any damage or destruction of the equipment I rented, I will fully reimburse the organizer for the said equipment
6. Agreeing to allow the organizer of this activity to record and use all photos and video material and the publication of said material on the Internet and on social media.
7. Giving the organizer explicit rights to use my name, voice, likeness, photos and or any biographical content in relation to the promotion and the usage of other programmes and/or any additional products/services anywhere in the World using any means of communication currently avaialble or available in the future, with no time limitations.
8. Giving the organizers my consent to use my personal information to inform me of any future sporting acitivities and events, new products and services the organizer provides or will provide, without any time limitations.
9. Confirming that all my personal data provided in this statement is correct
10. Taking part in this acitivity at my own risk
